I find it interesting that the listing says the car sells to “United States”. the location is in the UK, and the price and deposit are in dollars. If I owned a $2500 car in the UK, I would not think my best market was in a place that my customer will have to pay an extra $1500 or so in shipping. I suspect (but may be wrong) that the owner will require a western union money transfer for the deposit and it will end up in an account in Africa. I do like the car though.

Could very well be that good old scam….or some weird car illegal in England, I won’t even buy out of Canada I’m so paranoid.
But the car itself seems fun and cool….

The GSM Dart was designed in South Africa. Some were made in the UK. It originally came out with a 1600cc engine. It kicked some butt on the race track.
