Looks like the Pontiac Banshee showcar. I know there was someone making kits of it back in the 60’s -80’s? Front end shot is unmistakable. There are pics of the Banshee on Google search Try looking up the 64 banshee and see if it doesn’t match up
Good luck

I believe it was originally on a VW Bug pan and not verified but the only story I’ve got from the man I purchased it from he believed it was built by art students sometime in the sixties or seventies outside of that it was supposed to be a Ferrari concept is what I was told other than that I haven’t ever seen anything else like it except for possibly a Stingray Corvette VW dune buggy or I think it looks like a Ferrari called Sergio, we do not know who the Builder is only what’s rumored and had a bubble top but was removed or different project by a previous owner most likely the person you had it before the person that I got it from as always any more information would be appreciated and if anybody is really enthusiastic and would like to purchase it you can always contact me at 310 500 6255, lowlife Customs ask for Jamie Machado
