Well this one takes the cake so far this year. The listing is for a Vokaro kit car. These kit cars were built on a VW Chassis. Nothing stunning about them and like the Bradley GT you just pulled the bug body off and bolted this one on .
In good running shape I have seen them sell for $2000-$5000. As projects these kit cars has a value of about $300-$500 assuming it has a title, and up to a $1000 if it has a title and runs. This one has nothing!
Here is what the seller says…
No Title
No Engine
This is a Fiberglass body kit car
I believe it was called a VOKAROSitting on a 1965 vw bug pan Vin # still there I have NO PAPERWORK
Selling AS IS …….NO OTHER PARTS
Last pic is not the car but what it could look like
Located in marysville,Ca….$2800 or Possible trades for pre 1975 cars/ trucks… Sorry no boats or motorcycles
Yes you are looking at the price correctly. $2800 or Possible trades for pre 1975 cars/ trucks… Sorry no boats or motorcycles. I have attached a few pics but I wont bother posting a link. Enjoy!

I have seen this car in person.
Obviously it has never been finished.
You may not be able to see it in the pics but there is a nasty deep crack in the forward body.
It sits on an early swing axle and link-pin front axle pan.
That early pan may have some value to VW Bur or Dune Buggy fanatics but to make a Vokaro handle well you really want a later IRS pan.
I would agree with your valuation.
Hello, I currently own a 1972 Vokaro VW Kit car in Albuquerque. Mine is complete. It is a fun car to drive. I also have the original build manual for it.
Is yours still for sale?
Please advise, Thank you!
Hi David. Would you be up to scanning the manual for it? I would like to add it to the Fiberclassics Archive.
Thanks
