So now that I have laughed myself to a headache lets clear up two things about these Bradley GT Kit Cars. First is they are not RARE. They made 1000s of them. Just a quick google images search shows you how many of these kit cars their are. And second is although the VW Chassis was made in Germany, the Body was made by Bradley Automotive in the good ole USA.
At the time I am writing this blog post the car is at $1530 with an unknown reserve. If any of you follow these cars on eBay you know the last REALLY nice one just barely made it to $5000 . That one was complete with the roof, the side and rear windows, and was in amazing condition. This car on eBay is missing all of that and instead has what looks like a PVC roll bar. Now my eyes could be playing tricks on me but thats what it looks like.
I am going to guess that this car has a reserve over $5000 and that it does not meet the reserve price. To the sellers credit it does look like they did a good overall job on the restoration. The paint, interior and engine all look clean and well done. But a $5000 Bradley GT it is not.

Yep, pvc “roll” bars. Yikes. Still, makes a nice dune buggy, but not $5K nice.
