No, you are close though. The “Cody Coyote” as it was called on Hardcastle and McCormick was actually based on the Manta Montage, not the Mirage. Danielle Hugh Kelly is a much better and wider ranging actor than Hasslehoff.
WHAT KIND OF TRANSMISSION IS IN THERE? AND WOULD IT FIT IN AN AZTEC GT?
It’s probably a Corvair transmission, but you can also use a ZF or Porsche transmission. It would not fit the Aztec GT, which is a rear-engine rather than mid-engine car.
